let go & let in

Join us for a blissful week in paradise, dedicated to your well-being. Spend six nights and seven days at Amansala Eco-Resort, where we'll come together for movement and connection. Let Go of 2024 and Let In 2025 with intention and rejuvenation.

Amansala offers relaxed accommodation like no other boutique hotel in Tulum. You can walk from your room straight into the Caribbean Sea for a swim, enjoy delicious and healthy meals that magically show up three times a day, and soak in the prana of this magical shore. If you are feeling adventurous, you can visit the nearby Mayan ruins, snorkel in the cenotes, or enjoy the bright colors and sounds of nature at the nearby bio-reserve. If you are feeling introspective, simply take a yoga class, have a massage (or two!), relax in a hammock, sip on a coconut, and watch the stars illuminate above the waves.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to let go of the past year and embrace the possibilities that the new year holds. Together, we will engage in a variety of movement practices that will invigorate your body and awaken your spirit. Amansala provides the perfect backdrop for this transformative experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by natural beauty, it serves as a sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in self-care and introspection.

Beyond the physical practices, this retreat is about building connections and fostering a sense of community. Together, we will create a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can share their experiences, insights, and aspirations. Through group discussions, shared meals, and meaningful interactions, we will cultivate a sense of belonging and support each other on our individual journeys.

Sara Chaplin

My journey with yoga began shortly after my college years, and from the moment I started, it resonated deeply with me. The practice filled a void I had long wanted to address, offering me a supportive environment to release tension, alleviate stress, and reconnect with my authentic self. Since 2004, I've dedicated myself to a continuous exploration of yoga, delving into both its physical and philosophical aspects.

We offer two yoga classes a day on our yoga retreats: a morning Vinyasa power flow class which is quite active and invigorating, and a restorative Yin yoga class in the evening with a longer relaxation.

Questions

What is the daily itinerary?

We’re very flexible when it comes to schedules and itineraries. We have two yoga classes scheduled a day, in the morning and early evening, but of course all are optional. The rest of the day and evening is completely up to you, we’ll be there to offer up ideas for the group!

Questions

Can I share a room with someone else?

We’d be happy to arrange this, although most people joining us on their own seem to like their own room. We normally put people in a shared room if they’re traveling together and request it specifically – friends, siblings, couples etc. However, if we do get requests from two people traveling on their own who would like to share, we can put you two in a shared room. Please contact us if this is your preference.

Absolutely! Many of our guests come solo. It’s a great way to get the full retreat experience, time to yourself and have the opportunity to make new friends along the way. You will not be alone in arranging your trip as we will assist you in all of your pre-travel planning.
