Please note that because Assemble Yoga Retreats are limited to a certain number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee. Full balance is due 30 days before the start date of retreat unless otherwise noted. Cancellation requests submitted after the balance due date will not be eligible for refunds. Any refunds allowed will incur a 5% processing fee.
DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
CANCELLATION BY ASSEMBLE In the rare event of a cancellation by Assemble due to low registrations, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund. Assemble cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred. In the rare event of a cancellation by Assemble due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on Assemble receiving a refund from the venue. Assemble cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred. To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.
Assemble reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participant's registration for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, Assemble cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation.
